Please note that our Service Centre is open from 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday and it is not open at weekends or Bank Holidays. Outside of these hours please either leave a message for us to return your call or email our customer service department
Your new product has a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase with an extra 12 months if you are able to provide your original receipt. Please keep your receipt safely as it will be required as proof of date of the original purchase; Please note we reserve the right to refuse any warranty claim if proof of purchase is not presented.
Returned goods can only be accepted when repacked properly and in full together with the original packaging and our Returns Allowance code. All warranty claims should in the first instance be directed via the retailer from whom the original purchase was made before contacting Dusty Bin Service on the above contact details.
If a warranty claim is accepted then it is at our discretion whether the machine is repaired or replaced. Please note the appliance must have been used for the purpose it was intended and any miss-use detected during examination such as use without filters will invalidate this warranty (unless stated it is a bagless unit)
